Adaptogenic Chia Pudding

Makes 6 cups

⅓ c, coconut nectar
2 tsp, raw vanilla bean powder
4 c, almond milk
¾ c, chia seeds
Spike with Blue Beauty Adaptogenic Protein

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the nectar and vanilla with a small amount of almond milk. Then add remaining milk and chia seeds, whisk vigorously for 3 min. Refrigerate until the mixture has a pudding like consistency (30-45 min). Enjoy within 3-5 days.
