Monday Smoothie

Don’t hide in that cozy sweater you’ve been wearing all weekend, give yourself a reason to leap to the kitchen and get going. I put my morning tonic ingredients out near the blender Sunday night and make sure there’s fresh almond milk in the fridge.

1 scoop Deep Chocolate Protein
1 tsp maca
2 tsp cacao
1 tsp Cordyceps
1 pinch Pearl
½ tbsp ghee
10 oz warm milk, we like Almond Moon

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender for 20 seconds.

Serves 1.
