Ghee and Prash Bon Bon
INGREDIENTS
1 c, Cacao
¼ c, coconut oil
¼ c, honey or sweetener of choice
¼ c, ghee
½ tsp, chyawanprash
Option to add Dust of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm coconut oil on double boiler to a liquid state, then remove from heat. Add and whisk in cacao and sweetener of choice until fully combined. Add ½ tsp of prash + ghee to chocolate molds and pour chocolate to fill the mold. Harden in fridge for at least 20 minutes and store there for weeks.
