Monday Smoothie

Don’t hide in that cozy sweater you’ve been wearing all weekend, give yourself a reason to leap to the kitchen and get going. I put my morning tonic ingredients out near the blender Sunday night and make sure there’s fresh almond milk in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop, Vanilla Mushroom Adaptogenic Protein1 tsp, Maca
3 tsp, Cacao
1 tsp, Cordyceps
1 pinch, Pearl
½ tbsp, ghee
10 oz, warm milk of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 20 seconds.
