1 ounce fresh turmeric juice
2.5 teaspoons raw honey or sweetener of choice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
5 whole black peppercorns, or 3.5 drops of black pepper oil
Cured Macadamia Nut Cheese (p. 161) "2 tablespoons pink salt" should be corrected to 2 teaspoons pink salt
Cumin & Chard Crisps (p. 198) Ingredient lists "4 1/4 cups water" however no water is needed for this recipe
