I've been waiting for a book that I can just bring out whenever I need to address a specific issue, and this one is so helpful. It's like that old Nutritional Healing book you find in the supplement section of health food stores, but chicer and more focused on adaptogens!
I purchased this book in the midst of feeling symptoms of burnout and I’ve found it’s contents very resonant to bring tangible healing to my kitchen through adaptogens. Beyond the recipes, which are simple, the added bonus of information in each adaptogens as well as honest dialogue about stress were wonderful additions to the text. My only suggestion would be to add in a section on where to source quality adaptogens by providing a few company recommendations. Great read otherwise and very insightful for anyone on a burnout healing journey.
