How To Use

SuperYou®
Take 2 caps every morning, with or without food.

Ting™
1/2 tsp to 16oz of water daily. Dissolves best when Ting™ is added to glass before water.

Magnesi-Om®
1 tsp in water every night or when you need to chill.
