I wanted to come write a review for this product because I am surprised at how quickly I'm feeling some of the effects. I've taken herbs and adaptogens for stress for a very long time and have recently been struggling with some physical and emotional effects of stress from my job and some big life changes. SuperYou's blend seemed like it could support me in a multifaceted way without needing to take 6 different bottles of supplements every morning. I am already sleeping so much better, able to fall asleep easily and I do notice that I'm feeling more balanced emotionally at my job, much more calm and less overwhelmed.
