I add this to my morning coffee and I cant believe the difference it’s made in my mood! Tastes good and blends smoothly. Docking 1 star because if you don’t drink it really fast, some of the powder settles in the bottom of the cup making for a sludgy last sip. Other than that, a great cup to start the day! Will definitely repurchase.

The stimulating effects of Cacao in our mushroom powder hot chocolate come from a compound called theobromine. Life caffeine, theobromine is a nervous system stimulant, but it has a slower onset and is gentler and longer-lasting, so you feel the health benefits of increased energy but there’s no crash and burn.
Yes, Cacao contains caffeine, but it’s a negligible amount compared to a coffee beverage. While a cup of black coffee contains around 150mg of caffeine, the organic Cacao in our natural hot chocolate powder contains around 12mg per tablespoon.
