Why did you add extra caffeine when matcha already contains caffeine?

The combination of 50mg caffeine + 100mg L-theanine has been shown to improve both cognitive speed and accuracy. 1g ceremonial-grade matcha has both caffeine and L-theanine, but in lesser quantities that vary from batch to batch—so we added
an extra 50mg caffeine (extracted from organic green coffee beans) and 100mg L-theanine to get full and predictable benefits.

When should I take this?

Because Neuro Magnesi-Om contains caffeine, we recommend taking Neuro Magnesi-Om in the morning or as an early afternoon coffee replacement.

What does it taste like and what gives it color?

Neuro Magnesi-Om’s color and taste come from organic ceremonial-grade matcha. (Matcha is shade-grown, stone-ground green tea leaf.) The other ingredients are nearly tasteless. This product does not include any sweetener or artificial color.

When will I feel the effects?

Matcha, L-theanine, and caffeine have a near-immediate impact on alertness and energy; it’ll hit within 15–60 minutes. With daily use, the benefits of lion’s mane and Magtein magnesium L-threonate build over time.

Mid-morning pick-me-up!
I usually have this with a scoop of colostrum and vanilla collagen peptides, dropper of chlorophyll and a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup and use my frother to make it foamy and it’s like a light matcha latte but with so many added benefits. I use cold water without ice to keep the drink foamy on top - feels like a decadent treat!
If I’m short on time the matcha magnesium is great on its own and foams up just as much but not as creamy.
Have been using it for a couple weeks now since it came out and see a difference in my focus and memory. It also gives me an energy boost without any jitters. Love this!

Neuro Magnesium-Om is Magnificent!!
I love a good matcha, and the added benefits to this just makes it even more of a morning delight. It keeps me alert and focused, yet relaxed. I’m a working mom of two and this has changed my morning routine in the best way possible. Love getting my magnesium in early, along with lion’s mane!! My only gripe is the price, I can’t make it an every-day routine at this price point, but it’s definitely something I will have in my pantry.

Best magnesium supplement I’ve ever tried.
I’m sleeping so well. I take it an hour before bedtime and I go right to sleep. It’s a little expensive but the results are great. I also don’t like the taste very much but I suffer through it for the great sleep.
