Tastes Great, Less Calories
I like this electrolyte because it includes trace minerals, in addition to the basic electrolyte stuff. It mixes quickly and easily, and the watermelon flavor is good. Not too strong, not sickeningly sweet. I also love that it does not have added sugar. I’ve only been using it for a few months so I can’t tell if it has reduced any mental symptoms, but I have not had any dehydration headaches in some time!
