Big fan!
I wasn't sure if SuperYou was actually going to do anything, but I ended up liking it more than I expected. It didn't suddenly make me stress-free or turn me into a super calm person, but after a couple of weeks I noticed I wasn't getting as overwhelmed by little things. I felt a bit more balanced and less on edge during busy days.
The effects were definitely subtle, which I actually appreciated. No jitters, no weird energy rush—just a general feeling that I was handling stress a little better. The biggest downside is the price, because it's not cheap, and I'm not sure everyone will notice enough of a difference to justify it.
Overall, it's one of those supplements where you don't wake up feeling completely different, but when you stop and think about it, you realize things have felt a little easier lately. I'd buy it again.

Energy boost
These supplements are easy to incorporate into a morning routine, and I do feel they give a little energy boost. I like it targets cortisol levels which I can use all the help I can get in managing. Hard to tell if changes in mood / stress are a placebo effect at this stage though. The glass bottle is nice but I wish the product was less expensive.

5 stars but funny (maybe positive??) emotional side effect
I’m giving this 5 stars because it is definitely effective and not like, a placebo pill, but I had a very interesting experience I felt immediately that lasted a few days, and went away when not taking it. I got SUPER emotional, but in a positive way? Like, hearing someone on my work calls give someone a compliment to another colleague would move me to tears.. happy tears, it was just happy moments or positive interactions were incredibly moving, which is hilarious, but maybe a little embarrassing when I’d be tearing up in a call or get shaky voice. It didn’t make me sad, though, or overly reactive to negative things. Just a funny side effect, and I wonder if anyone else has experienced this! I don’t take anything else and wasn’t menstruating… so I’m not sure what else to attribute it to! Definitely works quickly for the better with a potentially charming side effect, ha!
