Been taking this supplement plus super beauty and both have greatly improved my skin. Have been dealing with hormonal acne/ breakouts and this stuff helped a lot cleared my acne. I would have given it 5 stars but it’s very expensive for a small bottle. One bottle lasts 15 days if you take it regularly.
