"2022 was one of the most conflictual years—very, very hard on all of us and the economy, and it's meant to be because we've got to realign our values. I feel extremely hopeful that we had democracy. I think this is the best outcome that could have happened. We actually have a variety of leadership now, and people were represented, and it wasn't one way or the other. I think that's extremely important for where we're going.
2023 is a much more stable year, but it also comes with major consequences environmentally. So we're all going to have to figure out, like we have with the pandemic, new ways to address climate crisis. This will be huge in 2023. I'm hopeful that if we bring the same amount of attention as we did to getting vaccines for billions of dollars to climate solutions, we can be extremely effective. The other thing about 2023, which is enormous, is we go out of Pluto and Capricorn into Pluto and Aquarius. Last time was 1778 through 1798, the French and American Revolution. So what we want to concentrate on and what I'm committed to is in my 11th chapter called ‘Your Sacred Crew.’ Everyone has to define who's in the lifeboat with them and what their contracts are and then connect with other sacred crews or lifeboats to create a future where everybody feels positive, contributing, and part of a conversation. We need to really focus heavily on the upside of Pluto and Aquarius, which is, ‘who's my ride and die friends and family and coworkers, and what does that even mean?"
