I have been an insomniac for many years.
Tried all the OTC products as well as Lunesta, Ambien,Trazadone and klonopin(separately of course) I have been surprised at how this product helps. Very impressed. I hope I never build a tolerance to it.

The Best
For some reason, I prefer the taste of Dream Dust from the jars with the old packaging! It definitely takes a little time to get used to but in combination with other natural sleep aids, I cannot live without Dream Dust. It really helps me relax, fall asleep and stay asleep. Highly recommend trying this product (and giving it at least a week to have some consistent impact).

I have a hard time falling asleep as well as staying asleep and the dream dust definitely helped. I mixed the recommended dosage, I definitely slept really hard all night long. I give it 4 stars for two reasons, my first few nights after taking it I woke up groggy the following morning. That only lasted The first couple mornings. The second thing, I wasn’t fond of the taste. It’s not awful but there is kind of a cough syrupy taste.

Doesn’t make me overtly drowsy or anything. Just a nice gentle calm that puts me straight to sleep. Love it and definitely recommend!
